A major Cochrane Review of over 15,000 births found that having a doula often leads to shorter labours and fewer complications.

As your doula I’m here to help you through every step of your pregnancy, birth and postpartum. From writing a birth plan together and making sure you know all of your options, to teaching you self-advocacy skills and preparing the whole family for what comes after your baby is here, I’ll make sure you feel informed, listened to and supported because becoming a parent is one of the most transformational and sacred times of your life and it deserves to be treated as such.
